Kelly Doyle,

 Associate Counsel

Kelly is a senior associate counsel with Kuhn LLP. He has many years of experience in commercial and property litigation as well as insolvency matters as a partner with a major regional law firm. More recently, he has followed his interests in people, property and problem solving and expanded his practice into estate and family litigation.
 
Kelly likes to bring order to disorder. Apart from role as counsel, he has served as a civil mediator appointed by parties and their lawyers. He is past chair of the ADR (Vancouver) subsection of the Canada Bar Association (BC Branch) and a former adjunct professor in dispute resolution at UBC Law School. He has many years of past board experience with the B.C. Mediator Roster Society and former B.C. Dispute Resolution Practicum Society.
 
Kelly is married to Kathy. They enjoy skiing, travel and time with their four children.
