Kevin Sawatsky,
Associate Counsel
Kevin Sawatsky practices as Associate Counsel with Kuhn LLP. He has acted in complex litigation matters at all levels of court in Canada, including the Supreme Court of Canada. From 2001 to 2008, Kevin served as the Dean of the School of Business at Trinity Western University and currently is a Professor of Law at TWU.
Kevin has published numerous articles in the areas of higher education, human rights issues and charities law. Kevin represents and assists clients in employment, not-for-profit and charities law. He is a regular speaker and presenter at conferences and retreats and currently serves on the Board of his church.
